As a 100% employee-owned business, Viridian Solar is proud to offer assessments, design installation, and consulting by our Red Seal Electricians. We are invested in your satisfaction and are proud to offer clean energy solutions to fit your home.
What We Offer
Our Viridian members’ technical project experience will assist you right from the beginning, to help you understand your project’s financial and technical feasibility. We provide solid support and advice in assisting you on making an informed decision about your investment.
Our design team has combined experience of over 75 years designing grid tie, battery backup, and off-grid solar systems. We are well rehearsed with evolving technologies, equipment reliability, and code compliance.
Our project leads pride themselves on keeping projects on-schedule and on-budget. Clear and open communication with all stakeholders is our policy – we work with you to make your project a success.
To enhance our procurement services, Viridian regularly stocks 50-100kW of solar panels, inverters and racking in our Cowichan Valley warehouse. We buy in bulk regularly and are experienced in handling transportation logistics.
We have managed several community bulk-buys since 2012, totaling over 250kW. This enables community groups to get the best pricing on solar equipment by purchasing in bulk with us. We use our experience to ensure the groups get the right equipment, on time, and at the best overall price.
Installation, Service & Maintenance
One of the benefits of working with Viridian is that we have a highly experienced team versed in design, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting systems. Our members provide the expertise on installing solar electric systems and are led by industry pioneers.
Education & Training
We provide community education workshops upon request for solar systems and can provide training on system care and maintenance for grid tie, battery backup and off-grid systems.
